AUTHOR: Jessie L. Halton, Chaparral High School, NV

      A. Observe and Record
          1. Observe Friends Realistically and Fairly.
             Is there anything unusual?
             Is there anything suspicious?
             How are they grouped?
             How are they postered?
             How are they dressed
             How are they acting?
             What are they doing?

         2. Observe the Environmental Conditions.
Are they in an unoccupied house, school?
Are they in a deserted street?
             Is the party without chaperones?
Should they be in an automobile?

         3. Observe the true meaning of the Message.
Is the speech unusual, only in whispers?
Is the speech a sales pitch?
Is the story really too good to be true?

         4. Be Ready to Follow Your Instincts.
             First Impressions are usually correct.
It's got to be, it is WRONG

     B. Refer to the Trouble Principle.
         1. Does it Violate the Law?
         2. What is the Impact or Authority Figures?
             Will parent(s) be upset?
Will teacher(s) or principal be upset
Will the shop owners be upset?
             Will the clergy be upset?
             Will the police be upset?
             Will an employer be upset?
