The "Super Science Resource Lab" project will enable the fellow to be trained as a leader in the AIMS (Activities that Integrate Math and Science) program and to serve as a district science specialist. A science resource lab will also be established. (1992)

Marilyn F. Hayes

"From One Program to Many: The Development of a Model" will develop a statewide program and curriculum for high-functioning, autistic-like children which can be shared with other systems. (1991)

William R. Jordan

The "Weather Net" project will establish a mobile statewide student weather observation network using satellite, telecommunication, computer, and hypermedia technology. Inter-disciplinary teaching materials will be developed. (1990)

Jere R. Steele

The "Space Academy: A Pilot Test of a Summer Curriculum for 'At Risk' Upper Elementary Students" will measure the long-range effect of the program on at-risk students' attitudes and achievement levels in physical science. Also included are teacher in-service, technical assistance and presentations. (1990)

Geraldine H. Williams

The "Creative Learning Books about Heroes of Color for Young Children" project focuses on developing five portrait books, featuring these men and women with short summaries of their accomplishments, to be used as grade classroom materials. (1991)
