innovative program to encourage school systems and
educators in developing the disciples of creative
writing and the publishing of students' work. The
program will assist learners of all ages in develop-
ing awareness, skills, knowledge, and commitment
through the process of writing and having their
work in print. Teacher inservice is also featured.
