Barbara M. LeBlanc

"An Eclectic Approach to Teaching Speech to Hearing Impaired Students" is a research project to develop and field test a manual, a training videotape, as well as inservice training for speech therapists. (1990)

John I. Swang

"The National Student Research Center and Scientific Journal" fellowship project will provide a sabbatical to allow this fellow to serve as director of the center, to complete research, and to present papers of the functions of the center. The publication of scientific journals of students will also be featured. (1991)

Donald Ray Thornton

"Writing and Publishing, Grades 1-12" is an innovative program to encourage school systems and educators in developing the disciples of creative writing and the publishing of students' work. The program will assist learners of all ages in develop- ing awareness, skills, knowledge, and commitment through the process of writing and having their work in print. Teacher inservice is also featured. (1992)
