The project "Enhancing Science Teaching in North Dakota" will develop and present teacher workshops and technology packets on computer assisted experiments, demonstrations, and information recorded on laser videodiscs. (1992)

Betty Idella Neigum

"A Novel Approach to Teaching Thinking Skills" allows for continued education, research, school consultant, and the update and publication of a book to distribute to other districts. (1990)

Janice M. Schultz

"The Friday Revolutions" project will feature a sabbatical to enable the fellow to serve as a primary planner, resource person, and coordinator for this innovative program which is based on Mortimer Adler's Paideia Proposal. Teachers and community volunteers will participate in a whole-language, critical thinking seminar-style two-hour class for students each Friday. (1991)
