sabbatical to enable the fellow to serve as a
primary planner, resource person, and coordinator for
this innovative program which is based on Mortimer
Adler's Paideia Proposal. Teachers and community
volunteers will participate in a whole-language,
critical thinking seminar-style two-hour class for
students each Friday. (1991)
