Elizabeth Carvellas

The "Malletts Bay Project" focuses on providing funds for equipment and supplies to enable three schools to be to be linked by telecommunications to share and analyze gathered data on Malletts Bay and its recent problems related to water quality. This school and community project will provide basic understanding of the Bay through lectures, field trips, guest speakers, and media presentations. Students will be available as guest speakers and a formal document will be published giving giving the results of this project and recommendations for the future. (1989)

Marc J. Chabot

The "Reaching Mainstreamed Students in Chemistry with Computers" project will purchase computers and software to allow students to perform experiments that maximize learning and creativity. (1990)

Thomas William Keck

"RoboRover" is an innovative project that focuses on equipping a van for a traveling 'Road Show of Technology Education' for students and teachers. A Techno-Cookbook describing inexpensive training will be featured. (1992)

Gail G. Pasotti

"Northfield Natural Resources Management Project." The purpose of the project is to reclaim from "ravages of neglect and abandonment" a part of a 100-acre tract of land owned by the Northfield School District. A nature/ fitness trail will be created, as well as an interdisciplinary high school course with the goal of educating youth about management of Vermont natural resources. (1987)

Ann Jean Sorrell

The "Chez Sorrell" project will develop a computer lab to increase proficiency in foreign language. This lab will be linked to France through Minitel and will provide students from both countries the opportunity to interact on a daily basis. (1991)
