The "Connections Software" proposal focuses on an independent study that will result in the development of a handbook and HyperCard stack designed to outline the factors and issues critical to understanding traditional and alternative methods of assessing student progress. (1992)

Brent J. Weigner, Ph.D.

The project "Laramie County School District Number One/University of Wyoming Partnership Schools' Centers For Teaching and Learning (Goodlad Demonstration School)" purpose was to conduct a feasibility study and develop an implementation plan to organize Partnership Schools(Centers For Teaching and Learning) in Laramie County School District Number One. The project involved four methods to accomplish its objectives: research, staff development, community awareness, and implementation strategies. The District CTL Council has met regularly and plans some implementation this Fall. (1991)
