Description of your school: Our school is an elementary school with lower grades from 1st to 6th. There are about 580 students and 25 teachers in our school. Our speciality is sportsclasses in grades 3rd to 6th. We are going to compete in sand if it is not raining in the beginning of May.

Description of your community: The townpart of Jynkkä is a little society with 5000 inhabitants. It is a part of town Kuopio which has 85000 inhabitants. Kuopio is a beautiful town nearby lake Kallavesi. There is a famous world cup skijumping hill of Puijo in our town.Also there are Kuopio Dance and Music festivals in our town every June.

Description of sports done in your school: We are taking part in everykind of sporthappenings in Finland. We swimm, ski crosscountry and downhill, skate and play hockey, play soccer,wolleyball, basketball and finnish baseball and gym and athlete.
