Special Rules for Wheelchair Events:

  1. When performing the long jump, the student in the wheelchair is allowed one push on the wheel. The "jump" is calculated by measuring the distance traveled between the starting position of the rear axle and the position of the rear axle when the chair comes to a full stop.
  2. The wheelchair students are to follow the same rules as the other students for the runs and the tennis ball throw.
  3. Results of the wheelchair students are to be reported using the same format as the other scores, but to be placed in their own classification for each event.
Please double check your measurements to avoid possible errors and confusion.
