Description of your school: The Huckleberry Hill Elementary School is one of two public elementary schools in Lynnfield, MA. Students attend school six hours a day from 8:30-2:30. Our third grade class size averages 22 this year. We have four third grade classes. Our total school population is approximately 365. We will compete on a track. We are participating in the teleolympics as part of an interdisciplinary project between physical education and grade three social studies. We are studying the Greeks. We also study math, science, language arts, music, and visual art.

Description of your community: Lynnfield is a suburb located approximately 10 miles north of Boston. We are primarily a residential community and we are home to several professional athletes including Nancy Kerrigan, Don Sweeney, Ken Hodge, Brad Parks, Hank Finkl.

Description of sports done in your school: We do not have competitive sport programs run by our school. However, we have an extensive after school sport program and town leagues. Ice hockey, basketball, soccer and baseball are out most popular sports.
