Description of your school:
We are a smaller branch school. Our primary school is called Stopiče and it is about 5 miles far from us.
Our school visits 51 students from the villages around our village, called Podgrad.
We have four classes:
1.class - teacher Mojca Pavlin ( 12 pupils )
2. Class - teacher Tadeja Kodra (11 pupils)
3. Class - teacher Helena Lukman (13 pupils)
4. Class - teacher Tilka Kaplan (15 pupils)

WHERE CAN YOU FIND US?

Our school lies on the southwest of our country, Slovenia. It lies on the foothills of the mountain called Gorjanci. We are about 15 miles far from the center of the region Dolenjska, Novo mesto.

Type of the school: public

We teach about 19 - 22 hours per week in the same class. Each teacher teaches all subjects - Slovene language, mathematics, gymnastics, music, subjects about nature and society,. With our students we perform a lot of projects, we organize celebrations for parents and other peoples in our community.
In our school we have four classrooms, dining room, gymnasium, playground. We will organize Sport Day on our playground, which is made by grass and half by asphalt.

Description of your community:
Our community is village community. We have a lot village people, who also work in the factories. In our village is no factories, shops, . like in a big cities. We have only fire station, church and school. We have fresh air, a lot of woods and bird song. We have son and good will. Our students help their parents on the fields, in the woods, in the vineyards.

Description of sports done in your school:
Running, football, basketball, light athletics, all sort of the games,.
