Reporting scores

I hope all are enjoying the competition this year.

I would like to remind everyone that when you report your scores
please use the proper format to allow us to input the scores into
the database.  The reports must be ascii text and entries should
have a comma delineation

Note: Where there is no state there should still be a
delineator(insert an extra comma as in example #4)
