School Description:
Huckleberry Hill Elementary School is a public school for students in grades K-4. We have approximately 400 students. We are one of 2 public elementary schools in our town. Class size varies from 18-23. The Teleolympics are part of our physical education program for third grade students because the students study greek mythology at this level. We will ride a bus to our middle school to participate on the track.
Community Description:
Lynnfield is a small residential community located approximately 20 miles north of Boston. Because of our location and strong school system, Lynnfield attracts many professional athletes such as Nancy Kerrigan, Ray Bourque and Tim Thomas (recently moved).
Sports in School:
We participate in myany physical activities in our physical education program such as orienteering, snowshoeing, running, basketball, floor hockey. We do not compete interscholastically until middle school.
