Dear Tele Olympics,
We are form one students in Reporoa College, New Zealand. We are also competing in the Tele Olympics like yourselves and we hope it's going to be enjoyable. It's the first year our school has participated in this event. Our school has form 1-7 (year 7-13)and the students are aged between 10 and 19 years. We live in a Rural area between Rotorua and Taupo in the North Island of New Zealand. Most of the students in form one live on farms. They farm cattle, sheep, and (or) Deer, on big farms. Our college is the only college in the district, with 3 main primary schools supporting it. We have 380 students, and 56 form-1 students counting myself. We live in a flat area, with mountains surrounding.
At the moment we have the following subjects English, maths, science, p.e,Block studies are Health, computer studies and maori studies. Options are Home ec, Metal craft, art, music, clothing and wood craft. Most of us enjoy other outside activities, sports and music that are avaliable.
Last of all but not least on behalf of all the form ones of Reporoa College. I'd like to wish you good luck and all the best, I also hope you thoroughly enjoy the tele olympics.
