Suceava is a middle-sized town (approximately 120,000 inhabitants) in
the north east par of the country, 50km from the Ukrainian border.
This being a mountain area the predominant industries are based on
timber, and dairy products. But mainly this is a tourist area famous
for its Middle Aghes monasteries painted on the outside.
The town has several high schools, a univerisyt, a theatre, cinemas etc. It also has a long history. During the Middle Ages the town was the capital of the country and you can still see the ruins of the royal palaces and several beautiful churches from that period.
We have staged the events in which we were able to compete and will forward the results later.
