Description of your school: Allegheny/Hyde Park is a public school that is located 20 miles north of Pittsburgh . The students have physical education once week for 40 minutes . The school houses over 800 students in grades K-6th . They will compete both on blacktop and grass surfaces .

Description of your community: The school is in a rural community with about 10,000 inhabitants from Allegheny Township and Hyde Park borough . There is a prestigious bike race each year within the township at Northmoreland Park and surrounding communities.

Description of sports done in your school: Football, soccer/speedball, basketball, floor hockey, gymanstics, volleyball, wifleball and softball along with a recess intramural program twice a week .
