Dear dermotologist,
I am a girl in my early teens with pretty oily skin. I would like to clarify how oily it is. When I wash my face, I use a foaming facial, then I use a toner and finally a little moisturizer. Later, about 20 minutes later, I csn feel my skin, escpecially my nose, getting oily again. I would like to know how I can help this and if I need to or if it is just an average teenage thing.

P.S. I posted this message because I seem to have been getting many skin irratations like black haeads and pimples lately. I would like to remove those also.

This is the answer: You should invest the time and possibly money in a visit to a dermatologist to see if you would benefit from Retin-A cream or gel. In my experience, it is the best single agent for acne with blackheads or whiteheads. I may also be worthwhile for you to be on antibiotics orally and/or topically. Get a visual inspection (exam) and go from there. In the meantime, be careful of what you put on your face (e.g. why are you using a moisturizer if your face is oily). Hope this helps.
