My feet sweat and will start to hurt. They become chapped (lotin does not help) they have little indents in the shapes of circles around the toes and heels. It seems as if the skin could be coming off. I was them 2 or 3 times a day and nothing helps. I was wondering if you know what this is or how to treat it.

Several choices:
1. Pitted keratolysis caused by bacteria and cured by topical antibiotics.
2. Tinea pedis (ringworm/ fungus/ athlete's foot): treated with antifungal agents.
3. Eczema or psoriasis treated with topical or systemic steroids.
Those are my best guesses without seeing you and your feet. Have a dermatologist take a look. You are armed with a few possibilities now.
