I amn having a stubborn problem with a wart on my middle finger that is spreading underneath the fingernail. I'm currently teating treating the wart with compound W because the "cast" stays on the wart better than the rtreated bandages I've used like Duofilm. I'm e\ I'm experiencing some pain in the same areas on my small finger as well as well as my ring finger. Any suggestions, thanks tima.

Answer: If you're getting pain, you should definitely see a doctor, preferably a dermatologist. Warts under the nail are very tough and you should be aware that warts are contagious and have a very high recurrence rate. Hope this helps.
