What is the best way to get rid of acne on the upper back? I wash it with antibacterial soap at least once a day. I scrub it gently with a back brush and I swim often. I have tried acne preparations for the face but nothing seems to work. Can you help me? Oh yes... I'm 14.

The best way to help you will probably require visits to a dermatologist. Additional antibiotic therapy (topical and possibly oral) along with something called Retin-A may be required. Over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide treatments are an excellent first step, but if they don't work, see a doc.
