I have what looks like pimples on my inner thighs where they touch each other, or rub against each other. What could this be, and how can I get rid of them.

Answer -----------------

Without seeing you, I do not really know, but you could be right and they could be "pimples" (folliculitis is an infection of the hair follicle....on the face, we tend to see it/call it acne). I'd start with antibacterial soap (Dial, Lever 2000), but if no change in a few days, see a doc to discuss other options like oral/topical antibiotics. If you are overweight, you could try to lose weight, but that is long process (though may be important for your overall health). Eliot
