Hello,
I just read your response about using Retin A for flat warts. My 17 year old daughter has had these warts across her forhead for a very long time. For the past 2 months, the doctor has had her using Retin A along with Tagamet. At first, it seemed to be working but not any longer. What other type of treatments are used? What is a more natural approach? Help please, she is too pretty to have such a problem
Answer --------------------
Warts are always tough. See if anyone in your area has a pulsed-dye laser. If these are really flat warts, and especially if they are reddish, this has been a useful modality in my office. Hope this helps for now (multiple treatments are the rule, however). I trust you are seeing a dermatologist, which is your best direction for multiple treatment options.
