Hi I recently wrote about IBS and no relief. I went to a Chinese Doctor who used acupuncture and chinese herbs my stomach is 80% better after 1 week and 2 treatments! He said I have low Chi in the spleen kidney and stomach or weak digestion. I no longer take the Zantac and I have no reflux. It is very important not to drink Cold drinks stay with warm! Please share this info with others.

I am glad that you feel better. Non-traditional approaches in health care when they work and if they do not cause other problems are certainly worth considering especially when customary measures have failed. I think it is important to point out that IBS is a condition which often improves when patients switch doctors especially if the new doctor takes an interest in the patient and has a different approach to the condition. What will be most important to see is how long your improvement persists and whether you will continue to be helped by such things as acupuncture and chinese herbs if you relapse and your symptoms recur.
