I am a habitual tooth grinder. Whereas I have not been diagnosed with TMJ, my dentist did provide a mouth guard for me to wear at night. Are there any other treatments and/or therapies available?
Thank you.

This problem is best managed by a dental specialist. The preferred treatment is the creation of a dental prosthesis known as a bite block. I would recommend you consider consulting a dentist who has experience and a specific interest in management of TMJ and related disorders.
