I have tinnitus and would like to know if you know of any one who uses either Serc, Vincamine, Xanax in treating this somewhere in LA or Orange County or California in general . I have tried other natual remedies with no success

It is not uncommon to recommend a trial of benzodiazepines or benzodiazepine- like medications in an attempt to manage bothersome tinnitus in patients who have no contraindications to the use of this type of medication. However, I would not be able to provide you with specific physician references in regards to specific treatments of tinnitus.
