Please can you help me

Im 2 months pregnant and I hope that pregnancy might have something to do with this question

My tongue have a huge red sore area smack in middle of tongue and around this red shape is a white tongue the pain in sore area is VERY PAINFUL can you offer any advice for me or is it from hormones

It is not possible for me to make diagnoses over the internet. I would strongly recommend that you see a physician to evaluate this problem. Based upon your description it is possible that you may have developed a "hemangioma of pregnancy" which is a benign self-limited vascular growth that eventually resolves. However, such lesions more commonly occur on the gum rather than on the tongue. In any event, such a finding warrants an examination by your primary care physician who can then determine the diagnosis and treatment.
