I would have to know exactly what you have tried before I could make any suggestions. But suffice it to say, that there are many options available in the treatment of chronic nasal airway obstruction. The treatments range from the use of external or internal devices such as Breathe-Right nasal strips or Breathe-Eze internal springs to prescription medications such as topical nasal steroids to surgery including laser surgery of the turbinates and/or septoplasty. I would suggest if you haven't already done so to consult with an otolaryngologist.
