I would like to know if there are any risks in the frontal sinus obliteration surgery? Is there any concern about eye vision being disturbed, also any facial features that may change. Please write to me as soon as you can. I think this is something that I might have to consder having done. Thank you .

Potential risks with frontal sinus obliteration surgery include infection, scarring, brain injury, spinal fluid leakage, eye injury, numbness in the forehead, etc. Fortunately such risks are quite uncommon in the hands of experienced sinus surgeons provided there are no complications that have occurred from the sinus disease itself. As you may or may not be aware, chronic frontal sinusitis can also cause the same problems when left untreated.
