Hi,
My son just had his tonsils and adnoids out three days ago. His uvula looks
huge. Should I be concerned?

You should discuss this with the surgeon who removed your sons tonsils. It is not uncommon to develop some degree of uvula swelling following tonsil surgery. It may take anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks to completely resolve.
