For over nine months I have had severe fatigue, frequent problems with throwing up, sore throat, sore neck, swollen neck glans, and a great deal of sweating. I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes- also two years ago had a life-threatening 9" blood clot in the right leg. Is therre a chance that when I have a growth (likely polyp) removed by surgery on April 22nd, that some of the fatigue, neck pain, low grade infections, and sweating may be reduced or will disappear.

You have not provided me with enough information upon which I can render an opinion. A polyp in an of itself would probably not explain the symptoms you have described. However, if the polyp were associated with chronic sinusitis, then it is within the realm of possibility that there may be some association between it and your symptoms and one might expect resolution of the problem with treatment of the polyp and sinusitis.
