Can sinus congestion and pressure on one side of the head and face create problems in the eye on the same side? For example, stinging, dryness and general discomfort?

Pain or discomfort around or behind the eyes is a common symptom experienced with sinus disease. However, it is important not to dismiss the possibility that such symptoms could be related to a disorder with the eye itself or the tear duct system.
