I have a problem with my neck that has been bothering me for a several months now. It did, however go away for about 2 months, then returned. I have gone to my doctor about 4 times now and can not figure out whats wrong. I went for an ultrasound, and everything appears normal. My neck feels as if somthing is there, or like a muscle pain, and my right gland under my chin is swollen. I also have red spots on my throat and a couple of white spots. Please help me, i am going crazy just wondering what this could be!!!!

Since diagnosis requires a physical examination in addition to subjective description of symptoms, the best advice I could give you would be to consult with an otolaryngologist for a detailed examination of the head and neck.
