Hi I have a bit of a dry throat and the back of the roof of my mouth has red spots on it. It feels like I have 2 small marbles under the skin of the roof of my mout near my throat. Any idea what it might be?

The symptoms you have described could be caused by a wide variety of problems ranging from nothing more than a nuisance to potentially serious. If the symptoms are persistent, I would recommend an examination by a physician.
