Can it be possible that steroid nasal spray (Flonese) is giving me that burning feeling (at the end of my tongue/front lip area...) I cannot remember Flonese affecting this way at first but was off of it for a while and upon returning I noticed this sensation for several days. Trying to control sluggish/dizzylike sensation suspected to be caused by sinus/allergy condition. Any other reasons behind this burning/bitterness sensation?

P.S (You can read my initial post title: Eustachian Tube Inflamation/Topical Nasal Steroid)

Your advice would be appreciated,
Thanks.

Tongue irritation and/or bitter taste are possible side effects of nasal steroid sprays, but unlikely. Other more likely causes of such symptoms would be side effects of medications taken systemically (internally); dental conditions; reactions to dental products (toothpaste, mouthwash, etc.); thrush; lichen planus; etc. Less commonly, systemic conditions could be associated with such symptoms including anemia; certain vitamin deficiencies; certain rheumatologic conditions, etc.
