Hi my name is Amy and I have been dealing with this strange sensation of dizziness or what seems to feel like I am loosing my balance. It is not really a spinning sensation it is more like a wavy feeling like I am on a boat and I can feel it moving back and forth. I really have no other symptoms except that, but at times it can be really disturbing.

Thank you,

This type of symptom can be caused by a wide variety of conditions. An inner ear disturbance is certainly one of the many possible causes of vertigo or sensation of movement. I would suggest you consult with your primary care physician for an examination.
