I am a 44 year old woman who has had 5 sinus surgeries this year. I was on i v therapy that summer for two months for pseudomonas in my left sinus. I have had the vitek implants which were removed from my jaw joints and several surgeries on my jaw. My docter can fix the symptons but can't locate the problem. I am extremely tiried. When I am not on antibiotics my infection comes back with gross secretions and I get extremely dizzy. My next step is going to Tufts as I can not keep going on like this and my doctor says they are the best in the world. I would appreciate any info you have on chronic sinus infections and disease. Thanks

Please refer to the "review" section in the ENT clinic under "sinusitis", "chronic sinusitis" etc for many previous discussions regarding the evaluation and treatment of chronic sinusitis.
