I am scheduled to have frontal sinus obliteration in one month. Of course, endoscopic surgery was tried but unsuccessful--my passage ways were too small and scarred to put shunts in. I have decided the surgery would be worth trying because I do not want to take antibiotics, prednisone, Afrin, painkillers for the next 40 years of my life.
Anyway, I am looking for any literature on the subject. Can you suggest anything. And yes, I read "ent218.html." I am just scared to death since the surgery will PERMANENTLY get rid of my frontal sinuses.
Thank you for your time.
