I have had a headache for about three days. I have often had sinus headaches but this doesn't feel like a regular one. I get dizzy and then I feel sick to my stomache. I am taking an old script of keflex since yesterday. I also have MS and wonder if it is just an episode of vertigo or should I seek a doctor for more information.

Certain types of migraine headaches can be associated with dizziness. Vertigo is also seen in 5-26% of patients with multiple sclerosis. It would not be possible for me to determine what would be the cause of your symptoms based on the information provided however. Such symptoms may warrant consultation with your personal physician, particularly if they should persist.
