My name is T. and I have been experiencing a strange feeling in my head for a week now. I went to an Urgent Care where they suggested based on my symptoms (dizziness, sick feeling, slow feeling, anxiety, not able to concentrate...forgetting things) that I had a viral infection and gave me a 4 day supply of Meclizine. Well, the sickness has went away and that is about it. I still feel like my hands are not mine at times, dizzy feeling, vibrating feeling in my head. Any suggestions on what I might be able to do? I am seeing my doctor in 4 days and feel that she is not going to be able to give me any advise. Should I seek a neurologist? Should I be concerned about tumors?

Thank you in advance for your assistance. You can e-mail me back at the address listed below.

Sincerely,

The best advice I can give you is to start with your primary care physician. The symptoms you are describing are relatively non-specific and could be manifestations of any one of a variety of different conditions.
