Unfortunately, there is no known cure for colorblindness. This is an inherited condition that is present at birth and continues throughout one's life.

There are people who claim to have methods of treating colorblindness. Most recently, there was a report on a company in Japan that supposedly cured colorblindness. There is no quality, controlled evidence to support these claims.
