Which is better for your eyes; glasses or contacts? and why? Thanks alot!

There is no general answer for this question. Both glasses and contact lenses help to focus the light for our eyes. There are certain conditions where one might be better than the other, but in most situations, either glasses or contact lenses can be used safely.
