I'm am trying to find out if there is a color blindness screening test on the "net". Do you know of any? My husband is red/green and I believe that my oldest son is also. Thought the net would be an easy way for a simple pre-screen. Thanks

I am unaware of any type of color blindness screening on the 'Net.
There are two major obstacles to putting such a test online. The first is that the tests are all copyrighted. One would have to pay royalties that might be prohibitive.
The second problem relates to the computer monitors of the users. Every monitor has a slightly different color balance and resolution. It would be impossible to standardize the color balance in such a way as to ensure the validity of the test.
There are many different ways to detect color blindness. The most common screening tests are several pictures called "pseudoisochromatic plates". Almost every eye doctor has a set of these. The screening test takes only two or three minutes.
