Six days ago I had a swollen, red eye with yellow discharge. It was treated with antibiotic eye drops and resolved in about two days. I resumed wearing my contact lens on the fourth day. Several hours later my eyes became very itchy with a lot of tearing. I started the eye drops again. Now on the sixth day I have severe light sensitivity with the opposite eye, lots of tearing and pain. I am still using the drops, and am rinsing my eyes with saline. I've stopped wearing my contacts. Help!

Stop wasting time online and get to an ophthalmologist! This is the sort of problem that can deteriorate rapidly and cause significant, permanent eye problems that could have a permanent effect on your vision.

Some problems cannot be solved on the 'Net. Get "face-to-face" help from an ophthalmologist.
