Carpal tunnel syndrome is discussed, among other topics, on the sci.med.occupational newsgroup. I think if you post your request there you will be directed to such a list.
In addition, carpal tunnel syndrome information sheets are available on the WWW; put in the search words "carpal tunnel" on any of the search engines (UUNET Open Text, Webcrawler, Lycos, Yahoo, etc.) available through lynx or www browsers for exact URL addresses.
