My upper arm aches alot. It feels like your arm feels after having your blood pressure taken several times in a row. I work on a computer at my job so I thought it was from that, but now it hurts alot of other times too.

My chiropractor said it is something that is out of place in my neck, but it doesn't help after an adjustment. Is this something to be concerned about?

It's my right arm.

Answer -------------

This sounds like numbness and tingling, something we doctors call paresthesias. Since its on only one side that narrows the possiblities a little. Just because it hurts in the upper arm doesn't mean the problem couldn't be somewhere else. I have seen carpal tunnel (nerve irritation at the wrist) cause upper arm pain. Ulnar nerve irritation at the elbow is another possibility, but I agree that the neck is the top on the list. It doesn't sound dangerous, but if it continues, I would have your general medical doctor or a neurologist to check it out.
