I have been diagnosed with RA. I would like to get some help or
reccomendations as to what type of mattress or bedding will be most
beneficial .. I have been experiencing a great deal of pain at night.

I recommend asking this at a support group sponsored by your local Arthritis Foundation. They should be in your phone book.
