                Starting a center:  tips & tools; Recruiting and training        
          volunteers; sustainability; technical support; grant proposals

                   Evaluating program effectiveness; Open access hours;          
          effective use of the Internet; literacy, job training, and integrated

          adults/job-seekers, seniors

                Update on Telecom Act of 1996 and state and local

     Registration includes lunch Friday and Saturday, reception Friday 
     evening, brunch Sunday.  Registration is free to two representatives 
     per CTCNet Affiliate; Pre-registration for Non-Affiliates is $125.
